"Ten days remain until the world’s attention converges on Baku," the United Nations Resident Coordinator in Azerbaijan Vladanka Andreyeva said during the Sustainable Development Goals Dialogue held on the theme Sounds of the Future: Climate Action and Coordination of Efforts Towards Global Goals, APA-Economics reports.
She stated that, over the past ten months, she and her colleagues have supported the COP29 Presidency in getting prepared to host the largest climate conference.
"The UN has played a crucial role in solving global challenges faced by countries since 1945. As always, our work will be based on the principles and values of the UN Charter and international law," she added.
