COP29 transport lanes introduced in Baku, 14 transportation hubs to be set up

In anticipation of COP29, scheduled to take place in Baku from November 11-22 this year, special COP29 transport lanes have been introduced on the city streets as part of the planned measures, COP29 Azerbaijan Operating Company told APA.

Marked with the COP29 logo these lanes are designated for event traffic to ensure fast and uninterrupted movement. During the conference, only public transportation and vehicles with special permits related to the event will be allowed to use these lanes. All vehicles can use the lanes where the appropriate traffic signs are not installed until the conference.

Furthermore, 14 transportation hubs will be set up in various key areas of the city throughout the conference.
