A terror act planned by Ukraine’s special services was foiled in Moscow, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports citing the Russian Investigative Committee.
It was stated that during the investigation of a case that justifies terrorism, a phone was found on the accused containing correspondence with a curator from Kyiv, who ordered to pick up a package in a forest park.
During the search, investigators discovered and seized an explosive device. It was revealed that under the curator’s instructions, the accused planned to use it to carry out explosions in places with large gatherings of people.
