Secretary General: Armenia has not withdrawn from CSTO

Armenia has not withdrawn from the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), said CSTO Secretary General, Tasmagambetov Imangali Nurgalievich, APA’s Moscow bureau reports.

He noted that Armenia's membership in the organization has been suspended: "Armenia has not left the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO). Yerevan's membership has been suspended. In any case, Armenia's future participation in the work of the CSTO is the decision of this country’s political leadership as an independent, sovereign state. We respect its decisions," emphasized the CSTO Secretary General.
