In Russia's Volgograd region, the prisoners who killed several people and took several others hostage in penitentiary service in penal colony N. 19 have been identified, APA's Russia bureau reports.
They are Temur Khusinov, born in 1995, Navruzi Rustamchon, born in 2001, Toshev Ramzindin, born in 1995, and Toshov Nazirchon, born in 1996.
They are said to be citizens of Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
Note that according to the circulated information, ISIS members who killed three employees of the facility and took several others hostage are demanding 2 million dollars and a helicopter. They plan to fly to Georgia in the helicopter.
