"Russia will in no way allow Ukraine to return to the borders defined in 1991," this is stated in a declaration published on the official Telegram channel of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, APA reports.
The document condemns the May 1 morning attack on a market located in the Kherson region. This act is also described as a crime committed by nationalists against civilians.
The Russian Foreign Ministry called on the international community to strongly condemn the incident.
Note that according to reports, 7 civilians were killed and more than 20 others were injured as a result of the incident.
