A delegation of Russian negotiators is heading to Istanbul and will be ready for the second round of talks with Kyiv representatives on Monday morning, said Dmitry Peskov, the Press Secretary of the Russian President, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.
He noted that Moscow hopes the second round of talks in Istanbul will include discussions on the draft memorandums from both Russia and Ukraine.
The Kremlin spokesman also stated that the details of Russia’s draft memorandum on the Ukraine settlement will not be disclosed.
