"Airbus A319" flying from Samara province of Russia to Armenia was struck by lightning, information regarding this was published on Telegram channels, APA reports.
It was reported that information about the incident was received at the Central Dispatch Station immediately after the flight, at 17:50 PM local time, when the plane was flying over the sky of Makhachkala.
Since the natural phenomenon did not damage the devices, the flight was ordered to continue.
As a result, the aircraft managed to reach its destination without incident.
