Makhachkala airport will be open tomorrow night, said Russia's Federal Air Transport Agency on Telegram, APA reports.
Noted that since the situation at the airport has stabilized, the announced warning has been amended.
Acceptance of flights is suspended until October 31, 2023 at 02:59.
Earlier, it was reported that Makhachkala airport will be closed until November 6.
Makhachkala airport, where a scheduled flight from Tel Aviv has landed, will remain closed until November 6, Russia's Federal Air Transport Agency announced, APA reports.
The airport was cleared of individuals who had entered without authorization.
"At 22:20 Moscow time, due to the efforts of law enforcement agencies, the airfield was successfully cleared of unauthorized individuals," stated the message.
The Federal Air Transport Agency further announced that the airport will remain closed for incoming flights from 21:40 Moscow time on October 29 until 02:59 Moscow time on November 6, 2023, as per preliminary information.
Note that at Makhachkala airport in Dagestan, a riot broke out to protest the plane landing from Tel-Aviv. People attempted to breach the airport's perimeter in search of Israeli citizens scheduled to arrive in the city.
