"Kremlin is not familiar with the content of the agreement on mineral resources signed between Kyiv and Washington," said Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov during a briefing, APA’s Moscow bureau reports.
He noted that Moscow is not involved in the agreement and therefore cannot provide any comment.
“We need to analyze the agreement itself. I am not familiar with the text. Without knowing the details, it is impossible to comment. It is still unclear what exactly the deal is about,” the Kremlin spokesperson stressed.
