This position was supported by the head of state," the press secretary of the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov, said in response to the question of whether negotiations with Ukraine will be suspended after the recent events or not, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
According to him, Putin agreed to continue working relations with Kyiv, despite all these events.
Peskov stressed that "the attack on passenger trains is terrorism at the state level."
