"The issue of Armenia's accession to the European Union (EU) and Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) requires a referendum," Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at a press conference today, APA reports.
Pashinyan noted that making this decision is a matter with power equal to making changes to the country's constitution. Therefore, the government may have ideas of its own, but it is up to the people to decide.
