An explosion occurred in an apartment building in the city of Kizel, Perm Krai, this was announced by the governor of the Russian region Dmitry Makhonin in the Telegram channel, APA reports citing Oreanda-News.
"At the moment, residents of the affected apartments are being evacuated. Emergency services are working on the spot, providing assistance to the victims," the governor wrote. According to him, gas exploded in a residential building.
The head of the district, Andrei Rodygin, is at the scene, the authorities informed the operational headquarters. Mahonin assured that he was keeping the situation under personal control.
Earlier, a gas cylinder explosion occurred in the north of Moscow. It thundered in one of the houses on Sannikov Street in Otradnoye. One person was injured.
