Some Armenian citizens were stranded at Baku airport due to canceled flights and the closure of Iranian airspace, Armenian National Security Service said, APA reports, citing Armenian media.
It was noted that consistent work is underway regarding the situation.
It was noted that due to the situation, some planes landed at Yerevan's Zvartnots Airport, while others landed at airports in neighboring countries.
"That is why Armenian citizens are at the Azerbaijani capital Baku, and Azerbaijani citizens are at Yerevan's Zvartnots Airport," the report said.
