Authority of judge Anna Danibekyan, who heard the criminal case of Robert Kocharyan, was terminated, APA reports citing the Armenian mass media.
The Ministry of Justice of Armenia has applied to the Supreme Judicial Council with a request to bring Anna Danibekyan to disciplinary responsibility.
According to the Ministry, Danibekyan grossly violated the rules of conduct of the judge, as a result of which the accused persons, including Robert Kocharyan, were released from responsibility based on the expiration of the term of the crime.
