In Moscow, soldiers from 13 countries will participate in the parade dedicated to the 80th anniversary of victory over fascism, Russian Presidential Assistant Yury Ushakov told journalists, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.

According to him, soldiers from Azerbaijan, Vietnam, Belarus, Egypt, Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Mongolia, Myanmar, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan will take part in the parade.

"It is very important for the military units from 13 countries to march across Red Square," the Kremlin official emphasized.

Today, Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, was asked whether Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and soldiers from Armenia would participate in the Victory Day Parade. Zakharova stated that Pashinyan, like other CIS country leaders, has been invited to the ceremonial events: "He plans to attend, he is planning to come. However, for confirmation of this information, it is necessary to contact the press service of the Russian Presidential Administration and, of course, the press service of the Prime Minister of Armenia."

In response to a question about whether soldiers from Armenia would participate in the parade, the Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson referred to Putin's assistant Ushakov, who had previously disclosed the list of countries that would participate.
