The Prosecutor General’s Office of Armenia has demanded the confiscation of movable and immovable property belonging to Robert Kocharyan and his family in favor of the state, APA reports.
In response to journalists' questions in parliament, Armenian Prosecutor General Anna Vardapetyan said: “The Kocharyan family’s assets subject to confiscation include 22 real estate properties, rights to acquire two additional properties, 2 vehicles, more than 3 million US dollars in funds, bonds worth 985 million drams, deposits exceeding 1.4 million US dollars, shares in 15 legal entities, receivables totaling 4 million dollars, 8.3 billion drams, 261 million rubles, and approximately 590 thousand euros, as well as expenditures made for acquiring real estate worth more than 3.8 billion drams and over 20 billion drams. The confiscation is demanded in favor of the Republic of Armenia."
