Armenian President dismissed commander of 5th Army Corps of Armed Forces

Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan has dismissed Sasun Badasyan, commander of the 5th Army Corps of the Armenian Armed Forces, from his post, it was reported on the website of the head of the Armenian state, APA reports citing Sputnik Armenia.
The proposal to release Badasyan came from Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
It should be noted that Badasyan was appointed commander of the 5th Army Corps of the Armenian Armed Forces on February 17, 2023. Before him, this post was held by Smbat Grigoryan, who was appointed to the position of head of the mobilization and organizational department of the General Staff of the RA Armed Forces.
