Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has demanded that Catholicos Garegin II immediately vacate his residence, PM said in a post on his social media account, APA reports.
The Armenian Prime Minister sharply criticized Catholicos Garegin II and those who support him.
According to Pashinyan, attempts to portray his criticism of Garegin II as having an "Azerbaijani" or "Turkish trace" are manifestations of hypocrisy.
Pashinyan emphasized that although many may try to justify his stance by suggesting he has a candidate for a new Catholicos, unfortunately, he does not have any nominee for the position.
