"The jurisdiction of the Republic of Armenia operates in the whole territory of the Republic of Armenia," Member of the Parliament (Civil Contract) and Chair of the Standing Committee on European Integration of the National Assembly of Armenia Arman Yeghoyan said during a press conference, APA reports citing Armenia Today.
He said that Armenia has no obligation to give extraterritorial territory to any country.
Commenting on Spokesperson for the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Maria Zakharova's statement that border guards of the Russian Federal Security Service should control the road connecting Azerbaijan and Nakhchivan, Yeghoyan said:
"Read the text (of the trilateral statement - ed.) and compare. The jurisdiction of the Republic of Armenia operates in the whole territory of the Republic of Armenia."
