Armenia has refused to sue Russia for unsupplied weapons, Armenian Deputy Defense Minister Hrachya Sargsyan told journalists during a briefing held in parliament today, APA reports.

Sargsyan noted that Armenia will not sue Russia for not returning the money for the unsupplied weapons.

According to him, the problem should be solved with cooperation circumstances: “Although, weapons were not supplied, will not go to court."

Noted that on November 24, Nikol Pashinyan, the Prime Minister of Armenia made a statement about Moscow delaying the supply of weapons to Yerevan.

Pashinyan noted that currently, there are discussions on what mechanisms can be used to solve the problem.

As one of the options, the reduction of Armenia’s debt to Russia by the same amount ($400 million) was announced.
