“Russia has not sent arms equivalent to the money Armenia has paid in the last 4 years,” the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia Armen Grigoryan said, APA reports citing armenianreport.

He said that while Official Moscow should have supplied Armenia with a larger amount of weapons and ammunition, as agreed from the beginning, it did not fulfill its obligation. Secretary of the Security Council called this a big problem for Armenia.

A. Grigoryan reminded that once the security of his country was extremely dependent on Russia:

“We had to make the necessary change to end that dependency and we did it. Recently, important results have been achieved in the field of security. If in 2020, 96 % of purchased weapons were imported from Russia, now this indicator has been reduced to 10 %,” – he emphasized.
