The most active voters have been observed since the voting process started in 66th Bilasuvar, 63rd Sabirabad, 118th Agdam and 94th Goranboy electoral districts, Director of the â€œOpinionâ€ Monitoring Center conducted exit-polls in the presidential elections Rizvan Abbasov told APA. He said 17-18 per cent of the voters had attended the voting process in those districts. The organization will announce its next report on the activeness of the voters within an hour.
