 International observers have not followed starting of voting process in Khatai District

There were not any international observers in most of polling stations far from center of Baku within an hour after starting of elections, APA correspondent reports from polling stations # 33 and 36 that foreign observers have been registered, but they have not visited polling stations after the elections started. Tahir Alakbarov, Head of polling station #1 of ConEC # 33 told APA that two foreign observers had been registered in polling station a day before, but they did not come to the site.
Exit-poll is held in most of polling stations in Khatai District. Observers are satisfied with election process and there was not any serious problem during this period. In spite of registration of international observers in polling station# 17 of ConEC #36, there were not any international observers there. Khalida Nabiyeva, Head of polling station told APA that process was satisfactory in comparison with previous elections and added that electors were active in the process.
