Ivan Popesku: “Presidential elections in Azerbaijan have been organized wellâ€

“The elections have been organized very well. I would like to note some positive points especially. Installation of web-cameras in the polling stations, ink finger-marking of voters and other factors are providing the fair electionsâ€, the CIS observer noted.
Popesku said if analogical positive conditions were provided in other polling stations of the country it was possible to note that presidential elections in Azerbaijan were democratic.
Then Popesku left for the polling stations in Khatai District of Baku.
