CE observer Eugenia Zhivkova watches the presidential elections in downtown of the capital

Zhivkova at first visited the 25th polling station of the 23rd Nasimi-Sabayel Electoral District. The European observer said the polling station was opened in time (08.00) and still they have not registered any negative case. Then the representative of the Council of Europe Eugenia Zhivkova visited the 27th polling station of the 23rd Nasimi-Sabayel Electoral District. She said no breach of law was registered there too.
The station officials informed her that 1332 voters were registered there. 9 local and 3 international observers were registered to watch the election process in this polling station provided with the web-camera. The polling station received 6 written applications and 2 phone calls about the home voting. Zhivkova is intending to watch the elections in six polling stations more.
