Baku. Elnur Mammadliâ€“APA. Founders of the â€œElection 2008â€ NGO Coalition discussed the works planning for the voting day at the meeting on Monday. Press Service of the Coalition told APA, it was reported at the meeting that trainings for the observers finished and the coalitionâ€™s observation corpse had already been formed. Instructions, examples of acts and final opinions and handbooks were shared among the observers. The coalition will observe the voting process in 59 electoral districts and more than 1500 polling stations. 118 observers will work in 59 electoral districts and 1457 in the polling stations.
The coalition office will be available at 510 03 20 phone hotline on the voting day. Every body can call the office and inform about the violations and problems. 4 newsletters prepared on the basis of observation reports and hotline information will be issued on the voting day. The coalition will announce its preliminary opinion at the press conference on October 16.
