Baku. Nijat Mustafayev - APA-Economics. The volume of trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Russia during January-October reached $1.6 billion dollars, Russian Trade Officer in Azerbaijan Yuri Shedrin.
“It is statistics submitted by Azerbaijan. There is always a difference of $350 million between statistical calculations of Russia and Azerbaijan. According to Russia, the volume of trade turnover during January-October was $1.9 billion,†he added.
Yuri Shedrin noted that trade between the two countries during January-November would exceed $2 billion.
He also underlined that the global financial crisis didn’t affect the Azerbaijani businessmen working in Russia.
