ICRC representatives visits Armenian soldier who willingly surrendered to Azerbaijan

Head of the Public Relations Department of ICRC Baku Office, Ilaha Huseynova, said in a statement to APA the visit took place on August 4. The Armenian soldier was informed of his family and he was asked information for his family.

Ilaha Huseynova also noted that the purpose of visiting detainees under the mandate of the ICRC is to monitor their treatment and help them stay in touch with their families.
