Armenia violates ceasefire with Azerbaijan over 20 times

Baku - APA. Armenian armed forces have violated the ceasefire with Azerbaijan 23 times in various directions of the contact line in the last 24 hours, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said on June 17.

 

Armenian armed units stationed in the Dovekh and Barekamavan villages of Armenia’s Noyemberyan district opened fire at the positions of Azerbaijani armed forces located in the Kamarli and Gaymagli villages of  the Gazakh district.

 

Azerbaijani army positions located in the Aghdam village of the Tovuz district also came under fire from Armenian positions located in the Mosesgekh village of the Berd district.

 

Meanwhile, Azerbaijani positions underwent fire from positions located near the Chilaburt village of Terter, the Kuropatkino village of Khojavand, the Horadiz village of Fuzuli and on nameless heights in the Goranboy and Khojavand districts.
