Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense issues statement on dismissed servicemen

Baku. Hafiz Heydarov – APA. Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense has issued a statement on the dismissed servicemen.

Ministry’s press service told APA that slanderous and false media reports are spread regarding Armed Forces: “Some servicemen, who were dismissed due to faults, try to form wrong opinion releasing slanderous information in mass media and social networks. The persons releasing such information attempt to cast a shadow on the achievements made as a result of reforms in the Armed Forces”.

The Ministry calls to end such campaigns against Armed Forces, guarantor of the protection of the state's territory, independence and sovereignty and recommends mass media to approach military-related reports sensitively and release them after clarifying.
