Baku – APA. Azerbaijani Defense Minister, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov has extended condolences to his Iranian counterpart Hussein Dehgan and Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces Hassan Firouzabadi over the death of a large number of military servicemen who lost their lives as the bus carrying them fell down a valley in Iran’s Neyriz County on Wednesday.
“I’m deeply saddened by the news of the death and injuries of a large number of military servicemen as the bus carrying them fell down a valley in Neyriz County of the friendly Islamic Republic of Iran,” Azerbaijan’s minister said in his letter of condolences.
“I ask Allah to have mercy on the deceased! I share the pain of their close ones and extend my heartfelt condolences to their families. I wish a speedy recovery for all of the injured,” Hasanov said.
