Farhad Tagizadeh said the rules have been applied since early December, there is no problem for the sides.

Speaking about the problems that the fishing vessels face in the Caspian Sea, Tagizadeh said all fishing vessels must have rescue gear.
“Each fishing vessel submits relevant documents and after that it allowed to fish. Depending on the weather conditions, there is a need to rescue them. When they fail to take rescue measures, the State Border Service interferes,” he said.
