New garrison team established in Shamkir

The new garrison of frontier team of Shamkir was established. Chief of Border Troops, lieutenant general Elchin Guliyev , Presidentâ€™s advisor on military and security, General Lieutenant Vahid Aliyev, Shamkir executive Power head Nazim Veyisov, head of Samukh Regional Executive power William Hajiyev, Aghstafa Chumshud Musayev and Gazakh Regions Executive Powerâ€™s head Rauf Huseynov participated in the opening of garrison. Afghan Nagiyev, chief of Shamkir frontier team, Chief of Border Troops, lieutenant general Elchin Guliyev and Presidentâ€™s advisor on military and security, General Lieutenant Vahid Aliyev spoke on the ceremony. The speeches stressed that Sahmkir garrison, which at first operated in â€œGirmizi Korpuâ€ and Poylu territory is now on the first place among the frontier garrisons for its activity.
Chief of Border Troops, lieutenant general Elchin Guliyev rewarded three officers of Shamkir frontier team. One officer was promoted in rank and certificates were conferred on the other four officers.
After opening ceremony the guests get aquatinted with sport field, hospital and staff building. Chief of Border Troops, lieutenant general Elchin Guliyev concerned himself with wartime and other necessary techniques of Shamkir garrison.
At the end Elchin Guliyev and Vahid Aliyev participated in the opening of new building of 16 flats, presenting flatsâ€™ keys to officers. /APA/
