The Assistance Fund was founded on August 17, 2002. The financial resources of the fund are based on the funds allocated by legal entities and individuals voluntarily and other incomes allowed by the legislation.
According to the regulations, the funds are to be spent on development of logistics of Armed Forces, production, repair and modernization of military goods, military equipment, weapons and military supplies, qualification of servicemen and solution of their social problems. /APA/
