Amount of money collected for Foundation of Assistance to the Armed Forces made public

He said the reports that money is collected forcedly from enterprises and organizations are not true. Transfer of money to the foundation is voluntary, those who wish can transfer money to the account in Binagadi branch of the International Bank.

The reports about the embezzlement of the funds are absurd. The Foundation of Assistance to the Armed Forces has Regulations, according to the Regulations, the funds can be withdrawn only under the order of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and spent on the army. According to the Regulations, appointment of the head of the foundation is also in the competence of President,â€ he said.
