Fikret Demirtas: â€œCooperation between Azerbaijanâ€™s Internal Troops and Turkish Gendarmerie will be continued and extendedâ€

Demirtas told journalists that relations between the two countries develop in a rising line and interorganizational relations plays an important role here. The general said that he would attend the event devoted to 19th anniversary of the Internal Troops.
Demirtas noted that cooperation perspectives between the Internal Troops and Gendarmerie would be discussed at the meetings: â€œThe cooperation of mutual interest will be continued and extended moreâ€.

Thereafter Azerbaijani and Turkish representatives held a meeting at the headquarters of the Internal Troops without the participation of journalists.
