Armenian-captured Azerbaijani citizen to be released tomorrow

Information reads, that person passed the Armenian border illegally. Ministryâ€™s press service told that the handover will take place on November 4 at 12.00 on north-east of Armenia-Azerbaijan line of contact, on Ijevan-Gazakh road. Moreover, the information says that this action is realized on the basis of agreement signed between Azerbaijani, Armenian and Russian presidents on October 27 in Astrakhan. Name of person to be handed over is not publicized.

Note that, Armenian-captured Tovuz region, Alibayli village resident, Tagiyev Eldar Heydar, born in 1963, was shelled near the line of contact in the direction of Alibayli village on December 28 at about 18.00 in 2009, then he was captivated by Armenian servicemen.
