Baku â€“ APA. The Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan has warned Armenia. If the mutual understanding is not observed Azerbaijanis side will be forced to open reprisal fire. According to the press service of the Defense Ministry, soldier of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces Farrukh Sabir Zeynalov was wounded as a result of ceasefire violation by the Armenians yesterday. The ministry said the Azerbaijani Armed Forces were ordered to observe ceasefire regime while Armenia -Azerbaijan negotiations for the solution to Nagorno Karabakh conflict are going. â€œBut despite that the opposite side is violating ceasefire and increasing tensions. The Armenian armed forces fired on our positions in several directions of the frontline in the past 24 hours and a soldier of Azerbaijani Army (Zeynalov Farrukh Sabir) was wounded at 16.20 on October 31. But the Azerbaijani Armed Forces observed the order and didnâ€™t open reprisal fire. Armenia must understand that it is unacceptable to use such situation and if the mutual understanding is not observed, Azerbaijani side will be forced to open reprisal fireâ€.
