Baku. Kamala Guliyeva – APA. Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Armenia visited Rafig Hasanov, who is in captivity in Armenia, Spokeswoman for ICRC Office in Azerbaijan Gulnaz Guliyeva told APA.
She said ICRC representatives held private meetings with Rafig Hasanov and observed his detention conditions and received his letter to his family.
Guliyeva said the letter had already been delivered to Hasanov’s family.
Rafig Hasanov’s father didn’t want to explain anything about his son.
Soldier of the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry’s N military unit Rafig Rahman Hasanov, 20 was captured by the Armenian military servicemen on October 8, 2008 in the contact line between the troops in Gazakh Region.
