A High-Level Türkiye–United States Defense Group meeting was held in Ankara, APA’s Istanbul correspondent reports, citing Turkish Ministry of National Defense.
The meeting focused on further developing the sincere dialogue recently expressed at the highest level between the two countries. The sides discussed opportunities to deepen cooperation in defense and defense industry sectors, exchanged views on regional and international security issues, and reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening strategic partnership.
The Ministry also announced that the next meeting will be held in the United States next year.
