Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan met with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha in Antalya within the framework of NATO’s informal Foreign Ministers’ Meeting, APA’s Istanbul correspondent reports.
During the meeting, efforts to achieve a ceasefire between Ukraine and Russia and to establish lasting peace were discussed.
Minister Fidan stated that Türkiye is ready to provide all kinds of support to achieve peace, including mediation and hosting negotiations.
The parties also discussed preparations for Ukrainian President Zelenskyy's planned visit to Türkiye.
