Following Israel's attack on Iran, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran summoned the Swiss ambassador to Tehran to the Foreign Ministry as a diplomat representing US interests, APA reports citing Iranian Foreign Ministry.
According to the report, it was emphasized during the meeting that it was unacceptable for the US to provide any support to Israel against Iran's counterattack, and a serious warning was issued to the US military in this regard.
It was noted that this step by Israel against Iran would not have been possible without the cooperation, coordination or at least consent of the US.
At the same time, the Swiss ambassador was informed that the US should bear responsibility for its behavior in violation of international law in this matter.
