After Israel's heavy attacks on Iran’s military and nuclear sites, users in different regions of the country have reported a sharp decrease in internet speed and restrictions on access to VPNs.
According to local reports, in many areas of Kish Island, internet speed has drastically decreased and many blockers have stopped functioning. This situation has imposed restrictions on Iranian users’ free access to social media and international news sources.
So far, the official authorities of the Islamic Republic have not provided any explanation regarding the cause of the disruption.
