Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Rafael Grossi emphasized the importance of supporting a diplomatic path regarding Iran’s nuclear issue, in an interview with Associated Press, APA reports.
Grossi underlined the necessity of supporting diplomacy for Iran and the U.S. to reach a nuclear agreement.
“Don’t forget that direct talks with the U.S. are difficult for the Iranian side. In the past, during negotiations, there was a larger table with China, Russia, and the Europeans, but now the talks are taking place between two parties,” the IAEA Director General emphasized.
