Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on Monday that more than a thousand members of Hamas are receiving treatment in hospitals across Türkiye, reiterating his position that Hamas is a "resistance movement," APA reports citing LBCI Lebanon.
During a press conference following talks with Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis in Ankara, he added that he "regrets " Athens' perspective, considering Hamas a terrorist organization.
