“We highly appreciate Azerbaijan’s role in regional security,” Peter Szijjarto, Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, told reporters in Baku, ONA reports.
“We believe that regional conflicts should be resolved peacefully,” he said.
Szijjarto added that Azerbaijan plays a great role in the diversification of energy sources.
He said that Hungary sees Azerbaijan as an important partner as part of the Eastern Partnership.
“Today, with my Azerbaijani counterpart, we will discuss increasing the gas deliveries through the Southern Gas Corridor,” added Szijjarto.
