Human Rights Commissioner: We didn’t receive complaints about serious law infringements

Baku. Parvin Abbasov – APA. Human Rights Commissioner (Ombudsperson) of Azerbaijan Elmira Suleymanova visited the Elections Information Center of the Central Election Commission (CEC) Sunday evening.
