Chairman of Umid Party, which is the cofounder of Karabakh electoral bloc Igbal Agazadeh does not hurry to give initial assessment to the elections.
“We can give initial assessment to the voting only in the polling stations we observed. Unfortunately, we observed the voting in a few constituencies. Umid Party had 17, Karabakh bloc 33 candidates. We have not got information from other candidates of the bloc. It is impossible to give general assessment to the election on 17 constituencies,” he said.

Chairman of Citizen and Development Party, which is the cofounder of the bloc For Humanity Ali Aliyev, did not have positive initial opinion on the elections. He gave assessment to the voting only on his constituency and was not satisfied with the process.
