He said observers from his organization discovered the above-mentioned fact in the polling station No 18 in Kurdamir ConEC No 57. Zulfugarli said chairpersons of some polling stations created problems for the observers. “Some chairpersons of the polling stations are unaware people. Our observers were registered at the Central Election Commission, but the chairpersons of the polling stations are making them remarks that they have to be registered at the electoral district commissions. The electoral district commissions have already solved this problem”.

ACSDA observers are conducting monitoring of the voting process in 4400 polling stations in 106 constituencies.
